All products sold by BatteryOnePR are covered by the warranties of their respective brands. When first applying for warranty of a product please contact us at kevin@batteryonepr.com.
Please indicate specifics as to how your system such as installation, purchase and installation date, serial number(if applicable), and failure date. This information is then relayed to our supplier which will take the determination of whether or not a warranty is permissible.

Victron policy states that support and warranty service must be performed with the original dealer of purchase. However, we can also perform the same process at a base service fee of $99 and $75 hourly for any work pertaining to a product that is still under warranty. If replacement parts are required they will be covered by the service fee.

Yes, depending on the severity of damage that the device has incurred most may be repaired. This will require a $99 service fee charge and a hourly charge of $75. If Victron authorizes the shipment of replacement parts, these will be covered by the client (Prices may vary).
