Location & Pickups

Our physical store is Battery Giant located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. All shipping and pickup orders are dispatched from this store. The store is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. If you want to contact the physical store directly for any pickup orders you can call 939-205-4444 or you can contact us via email at kevin@batteryonepr.com. 

For orders selected with the 'Pickup' option it will typically take 24 hours for the order to be ready for pickup. A confirmation email will be sent notifying the client that their order is ready for pickup. If an order has not been picked up in over 30 days and the customer is unreachable the order will be canceled and a full refund will be returned to customer.
